Nicole Weaver has been involved equestrian education and training since 1993. She is the owner, trainer, and instructor of the Ultra Show Jumpers Equestrian Team. She specializes in Hunters, Jumpers, Equitation and Dressage and is currently the only United States Hunter Jumper Association Certified Trainer in Utah. Nicole has experience and skill working with students of all ages and abilities and is excellent at helping those student create and acheive their personal riding goals.
She offers private and semi private riding lessons as well as horse show preparation and coaching services at local and national (including A.A.) shows. Nicole has extensive show experience and some of her personal and student highlights include: UHJA Hunter Seat Medal Champion, UHJA Childrens Hunter Champion, USEF Horsemanship Award - 2009 Rocky Mtn Classic Parker,Co., Year End Championships for UHJA High Training Jumpers (3'9'') & Training Jumpers (3'6''), Championships and Reserve Championships in Meter .85, Cross bar, Medium Stirrup, Long Stirrup, and Modified Adult Am.
She is responsible for all sponsorships, fundraisers and promotions for her riding team : The Ultra Show Jumpers Equestrian Team.
Nicole also is heavily involved in the riding and training of young jumper prospects, horse sales, horse financing, and imports. She trains and competes on young horses in training and sales horses, as well as the maintaining of training and fitness of current competition horses. She has much experience in transporting horses, as well as general barn management and horse care - being responsible for the proper feed, farrier, and veterinary care of her horses.
Constantly looking to improve her riding and her knowledge of riding, Nicole has participated in, and continues to participate in, seminars and clinics with some of the best known riders and trainers in the country. Her clinic experience includes 5 consistent years with George Morris (current chef d'equipe of the USEF Show Jumping Team), Chris Kappler (Gold & Silver Olympian), Susan Hutchinson (United States Equestrian Team Rider), Nancy Nordstrom (USHJA "R" Judge), John Pierce, Wayne Quarles, and many others.
